Project Sustain: Organizational Supports for ASO Workers

Project Sustain was a 3-year national project funded by Health Canada to create and reinforce organizational supports for ASO workers coping with the impact of multiple losses.  Through work with over 20 ASOs in Canada, this project documented the impact of AIDS grief and multiple loss on workers and helped to develop unique tools and resiliency strategies. The production of ABRPO’s Training Manual, “Project Sustain -The Basics of Grief and Multiple Loss:  A Training Manual for Workers in AIDS Service Organizations” was supported through this funding.  See the Basic Training section for PDFs.
